We made this block inspired by our own struggling practice in jump-back & jump-throughs. Where with regular height blocks, the transitions are do-able but as soon as the block are removed, the height difference was too much that we fail.
This slim yoga block from KEROKO is less-than-half the thickness of a regular yoga block and can be used either in place of or with a full thickness block for micro adjustments of height. Support, stabilise or even challenge your body with this sturdy cork yoga block. Sit on one to raise your hips for a straighter spine or challenge yourself for a deeper forward fold with extra block under the feet.

What is the difference between Lotus/Savana/Asana?
Lotus & Savana only differ in the design. Lotus has a plain clean look design whereas Savana offers guide lines to help you align during your exercises.
Asana Mini Mat differs in the size. All mats are made with the same spec of non-slip PU rubbers.
How long will your mats last?
The anti-slip grip will depend on how often you use the mat & how much sweat you perspire. Generally the mats can last up to 2 years with good care.
How to clean the mats?
We recommend our Detox Mat Spray for daily cleansing. It is made with a biogradable non-alcohol cleaning agent that helps prolong the mat grip.
For deep cleansing, we suggest the dish soap & water technique. for more information you may chat us.
Does the mat easily scratch/stain?
All PU Rubber mats (of all brands) are prone to scratches & sweat stains. Try to refrain from applying oils/lotions before exercising.
For less stains/scratches physically, we recommend selecting a darker mat shade.
