We made this block inspired by our own struggling practice in jump-back & jump-throughs. Where with regular height blocks, the transitions are do-able but as soon as the block are removed, the height difference was too much that we fail.
This slim yoga block from KEROKOO is less-than-half the thickness of a regular yoga block and can be used either in place of or with a full thickness block for micro adjustments of height. Support, stabilise or even challenge your body with this sturdy cork yoga block. Sit on one to raise your hips for a straighter spine or challenge yourself for a deeper forward fold with extra block under the feet.
